Services Provided

ProView Connect is an AI-powered form management system for dental practices. The platform is designed to help offices capture, organize, prioritize, and follow up on website form inquiries more efficiently. Based on the uploaded service page, ProView Connect works with existing website forms and many third-party form tools, helps teams manage inquiries in one place, and supports follow-up through a single dashboard. It is intended to help practices respond faster, standardize follow-up, and improve visibility into which inquiries become scheduled appointments and production.

Return And Refund Policy

ProView Connect is a service-based software offering. Because setup, onboarding, and configuration work may begin promptly after enrollment, fees paid for services already delivered are generally non-refundable. If any unused portion of a fee remains before related setup or support work has been performed, any refund or account credit will be issued only at our discretion. No charges are made without customer authorization.

Recurring Fees

ProView Connect pricing is described on the uploaded page as a one-time $599 setup fee and $199 per month for up to five forms. Monthly fees, where applicable, are charged on a recurring basis unless and until cancellation is requested under the cancellation policy. All recurring payments are non-refundable once billed for an active service period.

Accounts with unpaid balances may be made inactive until payment is brought current. Continued access to ProView Connect may depend on successful recurring payment processing.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may discontinue ProView Connect by providing written notice of cancellation. Because onboarding, support, and service continuity may involve active account management, cancellation may take effect after a reasonable notice period.

Ownership Policy

Customer-submitted inquiry data collected through connected forms remains associated with the customer’s account and business operations. ProView Connect’s platform, workflows, internal systems, interface structure, AI-driven organization, and service processes remain proprietary. Use of the platform does not transfer ownership of the software or its internal operating methods.

Integration And Compatibility Policy

ProView Connect is built to connect with the forms a practice already uses on its website, landing pages, or supported third-party tools. Compatibility may depend on the specific form technology in use and the availability of appropriate integration methods.

Practice Management System Policy

ProView Connect does not replace a practice management system. It is designed to support existing systems by managing form inquiries and follow-up activity, while the practice continues to schedule appointments, update treatment plans, and maintain records within its current practice management software.

Setup Timeline And Pricing

ProView Connect is easy to set up and most practices are live in a few days. Setup timing may vary based on the forms being connected, the practice’s current workflow, and any technical requirements involved in configuration. Pricing is a one-time $599 setup fee plus $199 per month for up to five forms, with no long-term contracts or hidden fees.

Indemnification / HIPAA And Data Responsibility

Customer understands and agrees that ProView Connect is a tool intended to assist with the organization and follow-up of website form inquiries. Customer is solely responsible for how the platform is used within its practice, including the content submitted through connected forms, the handling of patient or prospective patient information, and compliance with all applicable privacy, security, and healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.

By using ProView Connect, Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro Impressions Marketing, ProView Connect, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to Customer’s use of the platform, Customer’s failure to comply with HIPAA or other applicable laws, the submission, transmission, or storage of protected health information or other sensitive data through connected forms or systems, or any data loss, breach, disclosure, corruption, or misuse resulting from Customer’s systems, third-party tools, form configurations, workflows, user actions, or implementation decisions.

Pro Impressions Marketing and ProView Connect do not guarantee that the platform is HIPAA compliant in every configuration or use case, and Customer is responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for its intended use, workflows, and data handling practices.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Information submitted through ProView Connect, website forms  or related communications may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, support account setup, and deliver ongoing service. We do not sell personal information to unaffiliated third parties.

If you choose to provide your email address or phone number and opt in to future communications, you may opt out of those communications at any time through the methods made available to you.

Information Gathering

We may collect information submitted directly by users, as well as technical information needed to support site performance, platform functionality, troubleshooting, and service improvement. This may include usage activity associated with the website or connected systems.
